"Hi" My name is Blaine Baird, I'm one of a the very few "Professional" leak and line locating specialists that exist. A large portion of the public does not even know we exist. In fact the estimate is that 85% of the public doesn't know. Because of this they assume that certain industry's like Pool building companies, or plumbing companies must be the ones to call and that is so far from the truth. The leak and line industry is very technical, mathematical and exceptionally hard to perfect at all the levels it has. To name a few, probably the one that effects the public sector the most is, residential homes, swimming pools and spas, but there is a lot more to it for the true professional. Not that there's not a few plumbers that have taken the necessary steps to learn the Residential part of it, however this does not make them an expert in all the phases and levels to deal with. When the unsuspecting public calls most Pool Companies and Plumbing Companies a large portion just take the job and play it by ear. This will cost you. After many years of being tied to the (leak and line locating industry) and training in it, then going to school for it, I decided to take on an industry that increasingly showed no remorse in taking advantage of the public and it is clear that the customer getting a fare market value was not going to happen.
